H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. UltraShield EMB 25 is a single-component, flexible, cold-applied, bitumen-modified acrylic-based waterproofing membrane. Magik 3036 is an UL Classified, low VOC, water-based, flexible fire-resistant coating for duct insulation. Childers® Chil-Lag® CP-52 Lagging Adhesive / Coating is a white, water-based formula designed for easy and smooth brushing. It effectively bonds and forms a durable film when used with glass or canvas lagging cloth. When applied over insulation, it acts as a protective coating and helps prevent the release of fibers from bare fibrous insulation.

Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. In its role as a post-removal sealer, it is specifically designed to mist, securely bind, and seal free asbestos fibers and any residual asbestos-containing material (ACM) remaining after removal. This highly effective solution firmly locks ACM onto cleaned, exposed surfaces and polyethylene sheeting within the containment area, preventing the release of loose fibers into the air.
