TEC® TotalFlex® 110 Universal Polymer-Modified Mortar TA-456 is the pinnacle of high-performance mortar, meticulously crafted for an array of applications. It's a polymer-modified solution conforming to A118.4HTE and A118.11 standards, offering an extended open time and a remarkably smooth troweling experience. This versatile mortar accommodates a range of tile types, including large and heavy, standard and mosaic, as well as gaged porcelain panels and uncoupling membranes.

TEC® TotalFlex® 150 Universal Polymer-Modified Mortar TA-459 is a superior solution, blending high performance and polymer modification. Meeting the A118.15HTE standard, it offers an exceptionally extended open time and an incredibly smooth and creamy troweling experience. This versatile mortar excels in various applications, accommodating large and heavy tiles, standard and mosaic tiles, gaged porcelain panels, and uncoupling membranes. TotalFlex 150 ensures robust adhesion, resisting sagging or slumping on floors, walls, and ceilings.

TEC® LiquiDam® EZ TA-214 is a one-part, highly engineered polymeric emulsion moisture mitigation formula. It is colored blue for visual assurance during application and requires two coats to fully seal the substrate. It dries quickly in as little as 3–4 hours and does not require a primer before applying TEC surface preparation products. TEC® LiquiDam® EZ TA-214 serves as a moisture vapor barrier for installing floor coverings, tiles, and stones.

ProSpec® Slab Bedding Grout Rapid is an ultra-fast setting, non-shrink, high compressive strength grout designed for placing precast concrete slabs. It is non-metallic and provides strong load-bearing support.

TEC® Ultimate 6 Plus Mortar (487) is a high performance, polymer-modified, full-contact (full coverage) mortar designed for the installation of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile. Unlike other mortars, Ultimate 6 Plus has a unique combination of features that allow grouting in 6 hours while providing extended open time. It is ideal for all gaged porcelain tile panels and slabs and large heavy tile (LHT) installations. Ultimate 6 Plus significantly reduces the need for back buttering and has exceptional non-sag / non-slump characteristics for wall and floor applications.

TEC® Premixed Vinyl Tile Grout is a ready-to-use, premixed, sanded acrylic grout specially designed for vinyl tile applications. This grout grade is highly stain-resistant and is specifically formulated for grout joints ranging from 1⁄8 inch to 1⁄4 inch in width.

TEC® Super Flex™ Ultra-Premium Polymer Modified Mortar TA-392 is engineered to deliver unparalleled bonding strength, making it suitable for virtually any tile and substrate combination. It excels with porcelain and most glass tiles. Super Flex™ mortar is distinguished by its high polymer solids content, combined with a special adhesion promoter, ZS-100, that provides exceptional bond strength.

ProSpec® Premium Patch 200 is a rapid-setting, fiber-reinforced, high-strength cement mortar, polymer-modified for durable concrete repair and overlay applications.

TEC® Ultimate Premixed Mortar (130) is a premium, ready-to-use adhesive that is excellent for setting ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, quarry, and mosaic tile on interior floors and walls. Recommended for wall and floor applications with tile up to 20" x 20". The lightweight composition offers easy troweling, non-slip wall performance, and non-slump floor performance. If mortar meeting ANSI A118.4 is required, TEC Ultimate Premixed Mortar may be used for glass tile up to 8" x 8".

TEC® Level Set® LW-60 TA-053 is a calcium aluminate-based self-leveling underlayment, specifically designed for applications where the weight of materials is critical in load-bearing structures. It stands out as an ultra-lightweight, high-quality, and easy-to-handle self-leveling underlayment. It provides a flat, smooth, and durable surface for finished flooring installation while being only half the weight of conventional portland cement or gypsum-based underlayments, weighing just 60 pounds per cubic foot.

TEC® VersaPatch® Latex Modified Floor Patch and Leveler TA-327 is a rapid-setting cement-based solution, meticulously crafted for patching and repairing floor imperfections. This versatile product adeptly fills cracks, voids, seams, and depressions on various floor surfaces, ranging from featheredge up to 1/2" (12 mm) deep. With a smooth and level finish achieved through flat trowel application, this solution ensures a seamless, non-cracking surface. The resultant surface provides an optimal foundation for the installation of a range of flooring options, including sheet goods, resilient tile, carpet, wood, and ceramic or stone tile.

ProSpec® Slab Dowel Grout is a non-shrink, high compressive strength grout, non-metallic, ideal for placing prefabricated concrete pavements and structural grouting applications.

This floor patch is commonly used in flooring installation projects, particularly in conjunction with acrylic interior adhesive.
