This material also provides high bond strength on various substrates.

Swift®lock 2U340 is a single-component, fully reactive hot melt adhesive that cross-links through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the surrounding air and substrates, to produce a thermoset adhesive. 2U340 was specifically formulated for difficult to bond plastics, such as ABS and vinyl, to a wide variety of metals. 2U340 was designed to provide a good balance of properties. The rheology of the product gives excellent release from roll coaters and no stringing of adhesive. The open time of three minutes is sufficient for assembly of a wide variety of applications. Green strength development of greater than 50 psi in 15 seconds holds difficult substrates together after combining. Long term aging studies show excellent retention of adhesive properties.

H.B. Fuller EA6056 is a fast UV-cure adhesive designed for waterproof applications. It is a very soft material when cured. This product has shown excellent adhesion and is flexible. It can be used to replace a silicone ring for buffering and waterproof applications.

Körapur® 128 S is an elastic one-component adhesive and sealant used for bonding in the manufacturing of containers, vehicles, vehicle bodywork, air conditioning and heating equipment, metalwork, and other applications. It exhibits good adhesion to primed and painted metals, aluminum and steel, wood, and duroplastics. It also offers good resistance to humidity and weathering.

Cyberbond CB 2800 is a very fast-setting cyanoacrylate with extremely good properties for bonding rubber (especially EPDM) and plastics with each other or in combination. The aging properties of these joints are outstanding. CB 2800 is a grade with a very low viscosity that shows wicking properties. It is also known as CB 2000 W.

H.B. Fuller FH8301 is a single-component, heat-curable epoxy underfill encapsulant designed for flip-chip applications such as system-in-package and modules. It is designed for high adhesion and reliability. FH8301 is formulated to flow consistently without voids on die sizes up to 12 x 12 mm.
