Millennium LPS is a single component, elastomeric polyurethane, multi-use, sealant that is isocyanate free. Millennium LPS cures rapidly under the effect of atmospheric air and moisture to form a flexible and resistant joint with very good adhesion to most materials.

Millennium One Step Foamable Adhesive® is a highly elastomeric, all-purpose, foamable adhesive that contains no solvents, sets in minutes, and is designed for use with our One Step™ application process. Millennium One Step™ application is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. No expensive, unreliable pump carts or spray rigs are required.

Millennium One Step Green® Foamable Adhesive is an exciting, new, patented*, essentially VOC-free, all-weather insulation adhesive manufactured with an industry-leading 45%** rapidly renewable material content. Millennium One Step Green® Foamable Adhesive carries all of the equivalent FM approvals of our highly popular One Step Foamable Adhesive® and is designed for use with our One StepTM application process. Our One Step™ application process eliminates errors due to poor mixing. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. No expensive, high-maintenance specialty pumps or spray rigs are required.

Millennium One Step™ Battery Powered Applicator is specifically designed to be used with the Millennium One Step™ family of adhesives and sealants. The unique carriage design is extremely durable and allows the user to install adhesive in an upright position, eliminating back strain. The tool is powered by a Li-ion 20-volt rechargeable battery. The motor is designed to run at lower amps than conventional cordless tools, which extends overall battery life and reduces charging time.

Millennium One Step™ Night Seal® is a highly elastomeric, solvent-free, quick-setting foam sealer. The unique formulation results in a foam that has a weatherproof "skin". Millennium One Step™ Night Seal® sets in minutes and is designed for use with our One Step™ application process. It is efficient and always dependable. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. No expensive specialty pumps or spray rigs are required.

Millennium One Step™ Pneumatic Applicator is designed to be used with Millennium One Step™ Adhesives and Sealants. The applicator uses compressed air to drive the pistons and can deliver a maximum thrust of approximately 1,500 pounds. The One Step™ Pneumatic Single Bead Applicator must be used with an air compressor (not included).

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Fleeceback Membrane) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. It is approved for use in VOC-regulated markets such as California and other OTC States. Application is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive is dispensed through any of the application tools designed for 2-part urethane, including the Patented Multi-Bead* and Multi-Bead Plus** applicators, the Patented Millennium Cyclone pump cart+ (by Garlock), or an approved low pressure pump cart that equally mixes Part 1 and Part 2 of the adhesive.

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Low Viscosity Insulation) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive is dispensed through the Patented Millennium Cyclone Low Pressure Pump Cart* (by Garlock) or an approved low pressure pump cart that equally mixes Part 1 and Part 2 of the adhesive, providing a quality, consistent application each time.

Millennium Primer 240 is a rubber polymer-based primer used to prepare the surface of single-ply TPO and EPDM roofing membranes for improved adhesion to seam tapes, cover tapes, and flashing tapes. Primer 240 has been formulated with VOC-exempt solvents for use in regulated markets where other solvent-borne primers cannot be used. This primer does not react with atmospheric moisture, allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.

Millennium Reinforced Perimeter Strip (RPS) consists of a reinforced EPDM membrane strip laminated with a 35-mil EPDM-based pressure-sensitive tape. The reinforced EPDM membrane is 6" (15.24 cm) wide and mated to a 3" (7.62 cm) wide pressure-sensitive tape. This tape is comprised of a vulcanized rubber adhesive that will provide OEM-quality performance for EPDM single-ply restoration projects.

Millennium Single-Ply Bonding Adhesive EPDM/TPO is a solvent-based contact adhesive that is specifically formulated to adhere to EPDM and TPO roofing membranes. It is designed to provide a strong and reliable bond between the membranes and various substrates, including wood, metal flashings, brick or block masonry, rooftop flashings, insulation, recover, barrier boards, and other acceptable substrates.

Millennium Single-Ply Primer is a rubber-polymer-based roofing primer. Unlike thin primers that run and puddle, the high-viscosity formulation promotes uniform coverage on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Millennium Single-Ply Primer does not react with atmospheric moisture, allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.

Millennium Sprayable PVC Single-Ply Bonding Adhesive is a fast-drying, spray-on bonding adhesive for adhering PVC and fleece membranes to horizontal and vertical roof surfaces. The adhesive formula offers excellent adhesion and quick drying over a wide range of temperatures. Millennium Sprayable PVC Single-Ply Bonding Adhesive is approved for use in all VOC-regulated regions per current requirements.

Millennium Surface Treatment is a spray, brush, or roller-applied compound developed for use with Millennium brand adhesives and sealants when bonding to difficult substrates such as plastic films, smooth APP modified bitumen membranes, very fresh non-oxidized (glossy surfaced) asphalt, or coal tar. Millennium Surface Treatment is a solvent-based product and is not fit for use in VOC-regulated markets such as California or the OTC states.

Millennium Term Bar Tape (MT-0260) Black Butyl Tape is a permanently flexible butyl tape used underneath an EPDM waterproofing membrane where a termination bar will be installed. The product is easy to use and provides a cleaner application when compared to pumpable sealants. Millennium Term Bar Tape has excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces, such as ABS, acrylic, aluminum, brick, concrete, epoxy, fiberglass, glass, steel, wood, rubber, and painted substrates. It also exhibits exceptional performance in low-temperature environments. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of foreign contaminants such as dust, oil, and loose paint before the application of Millennium Term Bar Tape.
