Hot Melt Reactive Adhesives

Rakoll® 4656 is a versatile reactive hot melt adhesive designed for a wide temperature range and thick foils with a higher reset force. It offers excellent versatility and is well-suited for applications in panel lamination and wrapping of decorative surfaces, particularly in the furniture industry.

H.B. Fuller HL9813 reactive hot-melt adhesive has a high initial strength and is noted for it. It is frequently employed to connect a variety of substrates, such as heated ABS, PP, PVC, HPL, solid wood, and melamine, in furniture parts.

Rakoll® HMK2333-NA is a high-performance hot-melt adhesive specifically designed for profile wrapping and millwork applications. With its very high green strength, it ensures strong initial bonding. The adhesive also offers excellent heat resistance and high initial tack, providing reliable and durable results.

Rapidex® HL 9639 is a reactive hot melt adhesive known for its patented breathable formulation, specifically designed for laminating sensitive substrates such as PTFE membranes. It exhibits excellent running properties on screens, making it suitable for sportswear, contract, and workwear applications.

Advantra® PHC-9250 is an adhesive based on special polymers, synthetic waxes, and tackier resins. It has excellent thermal stability, superior oxidation resistance at the application temperature, is non-carbonizing and/or changing its adhesive properties, maintaining the high relation between adhesion forces and cohesion.

H.B. Fuller EH9672 is a fast-setting, reactive hot melt adhesive and sealant. It is a 100% solid, one-component material with a secondary moisture cure system. This material is applied warm and sets immediately, allowing handling without the need for heat curing. It has optimum adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, and especially common engineered plastics such as polycarbonate, ABS, and nylon. H.B. Fuller EH9672 may also be easily reworked by heating the bonded assembly to 80 - 90°C, allowing damage-free disassembly. The cured product can then be easily removed, leaving minimal residue.

Rakoll® 5437 Plus is a hot melt adhesive that combines a very short setting time with a solid green strength while allowing a very long open time. This enables a wide application window while maintaining the bonding quality, even under difficult application conditions.

Rapidex® NP 2075 is a polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive. It is commonly used for bonding a wide range of materials, including leather, wood, metal, glass, textiles, PUR foams, and various membrane films and plastics such as PVC, ABS, and PC. This adhesive is notable for its high initial strength, excellent thermal stability, and good flexibility after complete curing.

Rakoll® ECO 3 ZF is an adhesive solution from H.B. Fuller that supports sustainability by providing customers with dependable adhesives that minimize hazardous emissions. The manufacturing of wood panels is subject to increasingly stringent certification standards, especially when it comes to the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as formaldehyde, which is now considered more hazardous than before. Rakoll® ECO 3 ZF helps our customers reach even more demanding panel classification standards and maintain the strong bonds typical of the Rakoll PVAc adhesives.

Clarity® 4170 is a hot melt adhesive that has been developed for the labeling of glass-, metal-, and plastic (PVC, PE, PET, PP, etc.) containers with PP or PE labels. Especially suitable for labeling CSD PET bottles that may expand significantly. It provides high bonding strength on cold and warm containers.

Swift®melt 9066 is a pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive that provides an optimal balance between adhesion and cohesion. It exhibits good aging behavior and has a water-white color. Swift®melt 9066 is suitable for side sealing applications and as a vapor barrier.

Rapidex® HL 9588 NT is a reactive hot melt adhesive known for its versatility in laminating membranes to fabric and fabric to fabric. It exhibits excellent running properties on screens, making it suitable for various applications, including sportswear, contract, and workwear.

Swift®melt 1911 is a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive offering strong adhesion across various substrates, with exceptional performance even at low temperatures. Ideal for versatile bonding applications.

Rakoll® 4660 is a workhorse, universal reactive hot melt adhesive for wrapping a wide variety of standard-thickness interior foils. Rakoll®4660 was specifically designed for profile wrapping. It has high green strength and excellent melt flow properties, enabling fast line speeds. Open time can be extended by increasing application temperatures. Rakoll®4660 is a single-component, fully reactive hot melt adhesive that crosslinks through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the surrounding air and substrates to produce a thermoset adhesive.

H.B. Fuller HL3910 is a reactive hot-melt adhesive that is specifically designed for excellent performance on low energy surface materials. It is well-suited for the lamination of various substrates such as PET, acrylic, and more. This adhesive is commonly used in furniture components, providing strong and reliable bonds for different applications.
