This adhesive has been developed for labeling of glass-, metal- and plastic (PVC, PE, PET, PP etc.) containers with PP/PE-labels. Especially suitable for labeling of CSD PET-bottles that may expand significantly.
- Suitable Substrates
Labeling of glass, metal- and plastic containers (PVC, PE, PET, PP etc.) with PP/PE-labels and high-quality paper labels.
- Application Instructions
- Apply by roller or nozzle.
- Application temperature: 130°C – 160°C
- When using plastic-labels, the working temperature should be between 130°C – 140°C, to avoid film shrinkage.
- Suitable equipment e.g.: Krones Contirol and Canmatic, Langguth, KHS Etitec, B&H, Trine, Alfaquattrorollo, CMS, Omme and others.
- It is important to ensure that the desired level of adhesion is obtained on the necessary substrates, including long-term tests.
