Water-Based Adhesives

Thermonex® Clearbond 201-02A is a ready-to-use contact adhesive known for its exceptional substrate adhesion, high durability, excellent performance, heat resistance, and ease of processing. This adhesive is specifically designed to meet the needs of the automotive and transportation industries, with a strong emphasis on applications within automotive interiors.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20895 is a water-based adhesive known for its fast drying and easy cleanup properties. It works on multiple substrates and is commonly used as a seam adhesive for paper lamination, paperboard lamination, and film or foil laminations in the flexible packaging industry.

Gel-Tac® PR-04DF2 is a water-based microsphere primer specifically designed for paper substrates. Its primary function is to enhance the adhesion of Craigbond™ 3991 series adhesives to paper, ensuring better anchorage and performance.

Hydra FAST-EN® DC-13431 is a water-based adhesive designed for use in foam fabrication that can be sprayed or coated. Its primary purpose is to bond open-cell polyurethane foam to itself, and it can be used in a 2-part spray operation or as a wet laminating 1-part spray or coating adhesive.

Hydra FAST-EN® DC-13634 is a two-part sprayable adhesive for bonding open-cell urethane foams to other porous or non-porous surfaces. It can bond various materials, such as other open- or closed-cell foams, plastics, fabrics, some woods, and metals. The adhesive has good wet grab and can create immediate bonds. It is user-friendly and solvent-free, addressing common problems found in other two-part systems. This product is suitable for applications where solvent-based, flammable, or non-flammable systems are a concern for health or environmental reasons.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20073 is a water-based adhesive with a very low odor. It offers strong embossing and die-cutting performance, as well as high heat and moisture resistance. It finds applications in labels, decorative wrap, food packaging, and graphic arts in the flexible packaging industry.

Rakoll® GXL 4 is a water-based PVA-based emulsion adhesive known for its high bonding strength. It is specifically designed for flat lamination applications, making it suitable for use in engineered wood flooring, parquet, window frames, and fenestration. The adhesive provides strong and durable bonds, ensuring reliable performance in these applications.

Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 is a one-part sprayable contact adhesive that is designed to bond various porous surfaces, especially open-cell polyurethane foams. The system is low-cost, highly stable, user-friendly, and allows for quick mating of surfaces after adhesive application. Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 provides good bonds in lay-flat scenarios and can be used with higher-strength urethane foams. Sprayed materials can be wet-mated (for lay-flat) or dry-mated (for stress scenarios). The final bonds are soft and supple. Other applications where the use of solvent-based, flammable, and non-flammable systems is a concern for either health or environmental reasons may also be suitable candidates for the use of this product.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20970 is a water-based adhesive known for its excellent heat seal properties, outstanding water resistance, and great adhesion on various films. It is a pure urethane adhesive and finds applications in film and fabric lamination, paper lamination, leather lamination, marine upholstery, and heat seal applications in the flexible packaging industry.

FULLAGUM 2306 Std is a water-based adhesive designed for remoistenable tipping applications in envelope production. It offers excellent machinability with minimal foam and crusting. The adhesive provides fast remoist tack and a long, aggressive open tack time, ensuring reliable performance.

Swift®tak 48132B is a water-based adhesive, provided in an emulsion form. It is ideal for use in bonding paper and honeycomb structures through extrusion methods. This adhesive is specifically formulated to provide strong adhesion while maintaining the flexibility required for demanding industrial applications.

Swift®tak 48503 is a water-based adhesive known for its versatility and good wet tack and dry release. It is specifically designed for market-proven performance on extrusion lines such as PCMC Forte lines. It is commonly used in transfer applications, bath tissue production, and paper towel production.

Ipacoll™ PWC 3135 BB is a water-based adhesive specifically designed for window attachment in folding cartons. It offers high wet tack, ensuring excellent adhesion on coated, varnished, and filmic materials like treated PP. Additionally, it exhibits good cold resistance. This adhesive is commonly used for window attachment in folding cartons using a cliche applicator.
