H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

H.B. Fuller AT-5 very high-bond strength acrylic tape is a pressure-sensitive, black, foam core acrylic tape system. It is designed to provide a superior bond between a wide variety of substrates. The tape possesses a uniform, high-tack acrylic adhesive on both surfaces and will bond to most clean, dry, oil-free substrates.

Swift®col 2496 is a solvent based vacuum laminator, with a focus on interior applications. It offers several features and benefits that are advantageous for automotive interiors. Cyberbond CB AT 6085 is a two component methyl methacrylate adhesive. It is especially suited for bonding metals to different plastics (e.g. ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, Polyamide) and composites. Cyberbond offers these adhesives in double cartridges in 1:1 or 10:1 ratio with static mixing tubes. This allows an easy and quick application.

H.B. Fuller 1598 is a silicone RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) sealant. WS-8020RC Class B is a rapid cure two component polysulfide sealant. The cured sealant has excellent fuel resistance as well as outstanding sealing characteristics at temperatures ranging from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), including intermittent exposure up to 360°F (182°C). It exhibits excellent elastomeric properties and retention after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. The uncured product is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing.
