H.B. Fuller GM 10 is an anaerobic adhesive with reactive chemistry. It is a purple anaerobic flange sealant and gasket maker. It effectively seals gas, LP gas, gasoline, oils, water, and industrial fluids. It provides superior chemical and heat resistance while maintaining flexibility for proper gasketing. It is commonly used for sealing close fitting joints between rigid metal flange assemblies, such as differential cases, transmissions, and oil pans, in flange and gasket sealant applications.

HydroArmor® 7763 is a sprayable latex coating designed for use on aluminum, fiberglass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and most metal primers. It is formulated with additives to improve adhesion to oily metals. It provides very good corrosion protection, even when applied as thinly as 10 mils wet. This low-viscosity, sag-resistant coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas and into restricted areas such as tubing and "hidden" areas accessible only with spray wands. Wet film builds of up to 20 mils can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.

H.B. Fuller 4189-3 energy-absorbing sound damping pad is a combination of energy-absorbing mastic material and an aluminum top layer that provides maximum sound damping. Extension and compression of the mastic damping material converts vibratory energy into heat, thus reducing the noise level of the damped substrate. The aluminum top layer maximizes this effect by redirecting any escaping vibratory energy back into the mastic layer.

H.B. Fuller EY2562 is designed to fill the need for a strong, pourable, and lightweight filler for honeycomb core panels. It can be used to pot fasteners or as an edge closeout after the panel is trimmed to contour. It is fire retardant, resistant to long exposure to 350°F, and cures at room temperature in thicknesses in excess of one inch.

Ködisil 110T is a non-sagging, translucent, one-component, neutral-cure silicone adhesive and sealant. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including aluminum. This product is characterized by its high heat resistance, superior UV resistance, and superior weather resistance.

Adcoseal DCC-1 is a group of extruded, elastomeric, butyl based patches that are designed to insulate, seal and waterproof automotive electrical wire harness joints and grommets. DCC-1 has good adhesion to polar (aluminum, glass and steel), non-polar (polyethylene and vinyl) and automotive paint surfaces.

Swift®bond 2800 PR is a one-component, 100% solid polyurethane bonding solution. It is free from solvents and catalysts and offers very fast processing and curing times, resulting in efficient production. It provides high stiffness, ensuring strong and durable bonds. Swift®bond 2800 PR is commonly used in headliner construction and interior applications.

Köratac GM 600 is a one-step, water-based adhesion promoter used for extrusion and injection molding of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). It offers good hydrolysis stability and temperature stability. This product is fluorescent, and its primary purpose is to enhance the adhesion of TPE materials during manufacturing processes.

Swift®bond 3U012 is a one-component bonding solution with a 100% solids composition. This product is designed for use in headliners, automotive applications, and interiors. This versatile adhesive offers high strength and reliability for bonding various materials in these specific industries.

Swift®lock 2682 is a hot melt adhesive that specializes in premium or manual lamination. It offers fast curing, low activation, and changes color when heated. KALENE® 800 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 800 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 800 has the lower viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for coating applications. KALENE® 800 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration/sound damping qualities.

Swift®bond 2140 + Swift®hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It has a slow green strength, allowing for extended assembly time. This adhesive is specifically used for headlamp lens and housing bonding in exterior lighting applications.

Swift®bond 2139/1 + Swift®hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It also offers fast green strength.
