Childers® Chil-Lastic™ CP-79 Sealant and Coating is a versatile, high-temperature sealant and coating applied by trowel over various thermal insulations, except polystyrene. This asphalt-based coating creates a tough, durable, heavy film and can withstand elevated temperatures. Before putting hot lines, vessels, or tanks into operation, they should be cured at ambient temperature with proper ventilation to prevent the potential boiling out of the residual solvent.
