Tonsan® AT 2641 is a 2K PU structural adhesive designed for composite materials bonding. It cures at room temperature or can be accelerated with heating, resulting in excellent adhesion, impact resistance, water resistance, electrical isolation, and corrosion resistance upon curing.

H.B. Fuller 45036/56666 (DOUBLE/BUBBLE® D-85) urethane blue is a rigid, two-component, extra-fast-setting polyurethane structural adhesive. It displays an excellent combination of shear and peel strength with good impact resistance. It is highly recommended for bonding engineering thermoplastics, SMC, laminated surfaces, and the repair of reaction injection-molded parts. H.B. Fuller 45036/56666 is recommended for substrates such as metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tin, plastic, epoxy, polyester, phenolic, urethane, stone, glass, ceramic, and leather. This product can be used to repair urethane parts and is recommended for the repair of rubber hoses and flexible electrical connections. H.B. Fuller 45036/56666 is available in the unique DOUBLE/BUBBLE® job-sized package as Reorder No. 04023.

H.B. Fuller TL0600 A/B is a 2K urethane with an amber color and high viscosity. H.B. Fuller TL0600 A/B is commonly used for potting filters and applications where the adhesive is exposed to blood. Its uses also include filter potting.

H.B. Fuller UR4515GF is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the structural bonding of metals and plastics. This product offers high lap shear strength, good thixotropy for easy application, and a good work life. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Low Viscosity Insulation) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. H.B. Fuller TS956 is a 2-part polyurethane adhesive suitable for bonding dissimilar materials, including plastics commonly found in plastic liftgates and various exterior trim applications. This adhesive, categorized under the chemical family of polyurethanes (PU), offers excellent compatibility with plastics. It is a reactive adhesive and comes in a ready-to-use 2K (2 component) format. H.B. H.B. Fuller 42223/52223 (DOUBLE/BUBBLE® A-85) urethane purple is a medium-hardness, highly flexible, two-component polyurethane system designed for use as an adhesive. It is used in casting and coating applications requiring rapid curing, high flexibility, high resilience, transparency, and resistance to breakdown or yellowing from exposure to UV light. H.B. Fuller 42223/52223 is nearly impervious to water exposure during the curing process, yet bonded substrates should be reasonably water-free before application. It exhibits high resistance to aqueous materials after cure. This product is suitable for sealing and bonding flexible substrates such as flexible conveyor belts, printing press rollers, rubberized fabrics, shoes, ski boots, and other sports equipment. It is also excellent for bonding refrigeration and AC equipment.

Fuller EV Protect 4006 is a liquid-applied, two-component, flame-retardant, low-density polyurethane foam material designed for the potting and encapsulation of battery cells in EV battery modules. EV Protect 4006 SFR offers battery design engineers the ability to increase the power density of their modules while enhancing safety and protection from thermal propagation. The ultra lightweight nature of the EV Protect 4006 SFR minimizes the weight impact to the battery modules.
