H.B. Fuller MP5405FLEXMV is a two-part unfilled rubber modified medium viscosity epoxy adhesive designed for high-speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material that is free-flowing in viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 20 - 30 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

WS-8072 Class B is a non-chromate corrosion inhibitive, light weight, fast curing polysulfide sealant. AC-8072 B retains excellent performance characteristics at temperature excursions up to 360°F. Typical applications include sealing of fay surfaces of mating parts of aircraft structure to prevent corrosion and channeling leakage. WS-8072 Class B has outstanding retention of physical properties when exposed to aviation fuel and oils. It is a thixotropic paste with non-sag characteristics an able to be applied by an extrusion gun or with a spatula.
