H.B. Fuller EV Protect 5006 offers battery designers the ability to integrate high-level structural performance characteristics into their battery system, which is ideal for cell to pack applications. This ultra-lightweight material minimizes weight addition to the battery pack and, when exposed to a thermal event, significantly reduces or delays thermal propagation. With a reduced viscosity and improved curing speed, the EV Protect 5006 is especially advantageous for those with unique, complex, or intricate battery design architecture. Works in all types of battery cell form factors (cylindrical, prismatic, or pouch).

Advantra® PHC-9250 is an adhesive based on special polymers, synthetic waxes, and tackier resins. It has excellent thermal stability, superior oxidation resistance at the application temperature, is non-carbonizing and/or changing its adhesive properties, maintaining the high relation between adhesion forces and cohesion.

Swift®tak 5921 is a water-based adhesive designed for difficult surface carton forming and sealing. The product runs well on non-contact extrusion systems that require an adhesive with a low viscosity. It contains UV dyes to assist operators monitoring glue usage.

Earthic™ 2023 is a water-based labelling adhesive with the following characteristics: strong resistance to ice water, medium to high resistance to condensation water, excellent cleanability, very good machinability (up to 70,000 bottles per hour), highly recommended for returnable bottles in the standard wash-off process, and very good condensation water resistance on cold and wet bottles. Typical applications include glass labelling.

Earthic™ PWL2044X has been designed for coated and uncoated PET, PP, HDPE and glass applications. It offers fast setting and clean machining to improve efficiencies and increase mileage of the adhesive, save water and energy on reduced clean up with ambient temperature water and enables bottle recyclability with easy wash-off properties.

Cyberbond CB 2150 is a surface-insensitive cyanoacrylate. This product performs very well on most materials, including acidic surfaces such as wood, leather, cardboard, paper, etc. Due to its viscosity, CB 2150 is a favorable product in wood applications and is often used in combination with the accelerators CB 9090 or CB 9096. It is fast-bonding and has a very high viscosity.

Millennium EPDM Seam Tape is a black, vulcanized rubber, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape designed to provide high strength and watertight seams for single ply EPDM roofing membranes. Millennium EPDM Seam Tape is soft and tacky, providing a quick grab onto EPDM field membranes, yet possesses high initial strength. Millennium EPDM Seam Tape exhibits excellent adhesion to most substrates, including glass, metals, wood, concrete, masonry, and some plastics. This tape will provide OEM-quality performance for EPDM single-ply restoration projects.

Swift®tak 5157 is a water-based adhesive known for its excellent and clean-running properties. It can run at high production speeds and is used for bonding paper to treated PE,  PP, and lacquered surfaces. It is commonly used for cross-pasting and side seam applications in multi-wall bag manufacturing using cliche or roller systems in the bag and sack industry.

H.B. Fuller EH9641 is a fast-setting reactive hot melt adhesive and sealant. It is a 100% solid, one-component material with a secondary moisture cure system. This material is applied warm and sets immediately, allowing handling without the need for heat curing. H.B. Fuller EH9641 has optimum adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including glass, aluminum, stainless steel, and common engineered plastics such as polycarbonate.

Adecol® C-360/5 adhesive is a copolymer that is based on vinyl / ethylene acetate in an aqueous dispersion, modified with special additives. It is a high-performance adhesive with a quick dry, fast tack performance and strong adhesion and cohesion, even in substrates with low superficial tension.

H.B. Fuller MP5430 is a two-part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for ceramics and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material with a free-flowing viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 volume mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 20 - 30 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.
