Undercooled adhesive - Undercooled adhesive should be warmed up min. 3 days at +25°C to +35°C (not with open flame) and stirred well before use.
- Cleaning Information

- Clean tools immediately after use.
- Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
- Cleaner for Tools - Isa™Verdünner 330 and Helmitin® 694
- Preparation Information

- The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of grease, free of dust and free of oil to ensure a reliable bonding.
- Prepare and pre-treat upper and sole materials carefully.
- Processing Information

- Suitable Substrates - Various standard Upper/Sole footwear materials, Thermoplastic polyurethane, Polyurethane, Leather, Textile, PVC-soles, Halogenated TR- and rubber-soles
- Application Method - Brush and Automatic application
- Coat both bonding surfaces of the pre-treated substrates with Ultraflexâ„¢ 4320 N using a suitable application method.
- Wait minimum the flash-off time for drying.
- Activate the substrate at the recommended activation temperature.
- Attach substrates and press.
- The pressure to be applied depends on the hardness of the substrates.
- Due to variation in working conditions and substrates we recommend to conduct preliminary tests for your intended application.
