Application Information
  • Swift®lock 2872 is suitable for automatic heating dispensing equipment. Recommended operating temperature range
  • Around 90~130°C.
  • Initial strength is gained as the glue cools after application.
  • Note: Moisture in the air or humid environment will cause this adhesive to cure.
  • The resulting adhesive will not be melted and will cause damage to production equipment.
  • In order to achieve complete curing, the compounded product should be stored at a suitable temperature and humidity (for example: 25°C temperature and 50% RH humidity, or above).
Cleaning Information
  • To clean up adhesive spills, wait until the adhesive cools to room temperature and then use oil
  • Use a dust knife to scrape away the sediment. Some uncured residues can be treated with some ordinary
  • Wipe off with a common solvent that dissolves polyurethane (such as toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, etc.). Please put the adhesive Clean before curing.
  • If the downtime during use is long, it is recommended to use HBFuller’s NP2038
  • Clean. For products that have been used more than half of the time, they need to be filled with inert gas and then resealed for protection.
