Product Application

It is used in 2K system for the production of protecting films and other removable pressure sensitive adhesives.

Application Instructions: This product is applied directly onto the substrates to be coated using standard coating systems like Mayer Bar or Rotogravure. If necessary the adhesives can be applied using transfer technology from release paper or polyethylene after solvent evaporation. Drying is a very important operation before laminating or rewinding process: traces of solvent in the adhesive layer will give products with characteristics different from the standard. In order to increase cohesion reducing Peel value, it is possible to cross-link the product before application with Desmodur® RE, RFE or other Isocyanates. In this case use the mixture within 45 minutes since the preparation. For cleaning of machineries and tools we suggest the use of acetone since this solvent coagulate the adhesive and help its removal.
