Product Application

Suitable to produce tapes, labels, decals and graphics for extended outdoor use, based on the below substrates.

Product should be coated with proper coating equipment to release paper or release film. After being dried it should be coupled with substrate. It could also be applied to the substrate. It is very important that the adhesive is perfectly dry before lamination. Traces of residual solvent could inhibit cross-linking of the polymer, which leads to a decrease of technical characteristics comparing to the specifications. Can be diluted with different solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons and esters. Mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons also can be used for dilution. Solvents must be anhydrous. Can be cross-linked using liquid Isocyanate.

Suggestions:

  • Use only dry solvents. Introduction of water can compromise cross-linking process of the polymer.
  • Don’t mix with other adhesive without previous tests needed to verify compatibility and stability over time.
