Preparation Information

• The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of grease, free of dust and free of oil.
• Intrafol™ L 1135/76 must be stirred well before use

Processing Information

• Apply a thin and homogenous coat of Intrafol™ L 1135/76 on the plastic surface and dry the applied film.
• For new materials or applications, the suitability must be confirmed by preliminary tests.
• Suitable Substrates - Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Thermosetting plastics.
• Suitable Adhesives - Edge banding hot melts (e.g. EVA, APAO, reactive PUR) andFoil adhesives (e.g. PUR- or Copolymer-Dispersions)
• Application Method - Roller coating
• Allow the coated substrate to cool to room temperature before winding it up.
