- Preparation Information

- The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, free of grease, free of dust and free of oil.
- Adhesive must be stirred well before use.
- Processing Information

- Apply a thin and homogenous coat of Intrafolâ„¢ FS 1061 on the plastic surface and dry the applied film.
- For new materials or applications, the suitability must be confirmed by preliminary tests.
- Suitable Substrates - Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- Suitable Adhesives - Edge banding hot melts (e.g. EVA, APAO, reactive PUR) and Foil adhesives (e.g. PUR- or Copolymer-Dispersions).
- Allow the coated substrate to cool to room temperature before winding it up.
