Application Method

Application Instructions

Depending on the requirements of the water resistance a dosage of 2,5% to 3,5% or 25 to 35 kg for each 1000 kg ready-to-use starch glue is recommended. To meet the requirement for water resistance according to Fefco No.9, mostly 3,2% or 32 kg is sufficient. The dosage has to be done by running agitator. The final glue viscosity has to be readjusted by the basic formulation. The finished starch glue should not remain in the piping system or storage tanks for extended periods of time without circulation. Own tests according to internal processing standards are important.

Cleaning Instructions

With cold water before the adhesive residues dry.
