Product Application

This product is suitable for the production of adhesive tapes and labels.

Suitable Substrates: Plastic films (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc.), natural and synthetic fabrics, paper, foam materials (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane rubber, etc.). It can be used for PVC films after preliminary test.

Application Instructions: This product should be coated with proper coating equipment to release paper or release film. After being dried it should be coupled with substrate. This adhesive could also be applied to the substrate. It is very important that the adhesive is perfectly dry before lamination. In fact, traces of residual solvent could inhibit cross-linking of the polymer, which leads to a decrease of technical characteristics comparing to the specifications. This product can be diluted with different solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, and esters. Mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons also can be used for dilution. Solvents must be anhydrous. This adhesive can be cross-linked using liquid Isocyanate.
