Swift®bond 2701 is a semi-structural adhesive with a beige color. This adhesive offers several advantages, including room-temperature curing, adjustability through suitable additives when sprayed, and resistance to various chemicals like petrol, oils, and greases. It finds application in the automotive industry, particularly as a precursor product for producing sprayable flocking adhesives and for flocking with PVC and ABS fibers.

  Moisture Sensitivity  

 The adhesive must not be exposed tomoisture before and during application.

Moisture causes foaming leading to lowermechanical properties.

  Stir Well Before Use 

   Prepare the flocking adhesive by addition ofappropriate additives by stirring.

Add the hardener by stirring.The hardener must be incorporatedhomogeneously.

Cleaning Information
  • Clean tools immediately after use.
  • Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Appropriate cleaners are listed in the product properties table.
