Typical Applications

The laminated structures produced with this adhesive system show high product and thermal resistance. Recommended to the lamination of packaging for pasteurization (hot fill), cookies, pet food, snacks, coffee, pasta, dry foods, labels, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and others.

Suitable Substrates

This adhesive system is suitable for laminating printed and unprinted, transparent or metallized structures. It can be used for the lamination of aluminum foil, PET, cellophane film, BOPA, PE, PP cast, BOPP as well as SiOx or AlOx coated substrates.

Usage Recommendations

The increase in the lamination speed must be followed by an increase in the nip roller temperature. It is recommended that the temperature of the nip roller keeps between 10 and 15°C higher than the temperature of the metering roller.

Storage Conditions

The products must be stored safely in a suitable place, protected from the weather and in their original closed packaging. Contact with moisture must be avoided by keeping the packages properly sealed and within the expiration date (the expiration date must be consulted on the COA). Opened packages must be completely consumed.
