Typical Applications

Structures laminated with this adhesive system have high chemical and thermal resistance. It is recommended for laminating packaging for pasteurization (hot fill), cookies, pet food, snacks, coffee, pasta, dry foods, labels, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and others.

Suitable Substrates

This adhesive system is suitable for laminating printed and non-printed, transparent or metallized structures. It can be used for laminating aluminum, PET, cellophane, BOPA, PE, PP cast, BOPP and coating with SiOx or AlOx.

Usage Recommendations

As the process speed increases, the NIP roller temperature should be increased. It is recommended that the NIP roller temperature be 10 to 15°C higher than the applicator roller temperature

Products must be stored safely in a suitable location, protected from the weather and in their original, closed packaging. Contact with moisture must be avoided by keeping the packaging properly sealed and within the expiration date (the expiration date must be checked on the COA). Opened packaging must be consumed completely
