Millennium is a range of adhesive tapes designed with precision and versatility. These tapes belong to the acrylics and acrylates, EPDM, polyurethanes (PU), and urethanes chemical families. Compatible with applicators and dispensing systems, they find applications across diverse markets: automotive and transportation, building and construction, HI and I care, industrial, and printing and packaging.

Millennium

PVC TrimWelder™ Laminating Grade is a low-viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system designed for laminating unmilled PVC sheets and boards. Its lower viscosity provides greater flow-out with less clamping pressure to insure a thin, void-free bond. Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength in excess of the PVC. This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials. PVC TrimWelder™ Laminating Grade is ready to handle in 45 minutes and may be cut and machined in 1 hour.

This adhesive is renowned for its exceptional melting and flowing properties, making it ideal for various edge materials. It is widely utilized in the furniture industry for bonding different components together.

GSSI® Sealants MB-MAX is a premier elastomeric butyl rubber sealant designed to meet the critical requirements of metal buildings. Millennium One Step™ Pneumatic Applicator is designed to be used with Millennium One Step™ Adhesives and Sealants. The applicator uses compressed air to drive the pistons and can deliver a maximum thrust of approximately 1,500 pounds.
