Clean Melt® PHC 7250 is a fast-setting hot melt adhesive that falls into the "mid-range" category. It is characterized by its very light color and extremely low odor. With a broad service temperature range, this adhesive offers versatile performance. It exhibits excellent heat stability, virtually eliminating char formation, and demonstrates impressive machining properties with minimal stringing and tailing. Clean Melt® PHC 7250 excels in adhesion, particularly with recycled and challenging boards. However, it is important to note that while the adhesive itself will not char, any foreign matter introduced into the pot, such as cardboard fibers or dust, could potentially cause charring.
