Applications & Uses

Application Instructions
  • Apply by nozzle; wheel or disc-system.
  • Application temperature: 120°C – 160°C
  • This hot melt is not compatible with conventional hot melts. If other adhesives have been used before, the adhesive equipment must be cleaned thoroughly.
Suitable Substrates

Paper, case & cartons, folding boxes, and trays.

Typical Applications
  • This product has been developed for case & carton sealing, folding boxes, and tray erection.
  • Another advantage is the low reactivation temperature e.g., for heat sealing of paper wrap-around applications.
  • The low viscosity enables the using at lower application temperature in case of temperature sensitive substrates or to reduce energy costs for improved sustainability.
