Applications & Uses
- Application Instructions
-
- Apply by nozzle, Dauber finger system. Application temperature: 135°C – 170°C Open time: short – medium Set time: very fast The fast-setting fits to fast production lines but can be varied by line parameters like application temperature and amount.
- This hot melt is not compatible with conventional hot melts. If other adhesive types have been used before, the adhesive equipment must be thoroughly flushed and cleaned. The prills product format is suitable for use in automatic feeder systems.
- Push bags to loosen up granules to remove blocking due to storage before filling the reservoir and ensure surrounding does not exceed +35°C.
- Typical Applications
-
- This universal adhesive is used for packaging applications like case & carton sealing, closing of folding boxes or sift proof and the tray erection, as well as for straw attachment and ream wrapping.
- It is suitable for difficult to bond surfaces, even deep freeze applications. The lower viscosity enables the using at lower application temperature in case of temperature sensitive substrates or to reduce energy costs.
