Adecol® C-78 is a vinyl/ethylene acetate copolymer in aqueous dispersion, modified with special additives. Adhesive presents high-performance grip and initial tack with quick drying, providing great performance in automatic equipment. It is intended for side closing of paper box and bags, also used for packages labeling. Manual or automatic equipment with disk application.

Substrates

Cardboard coated with water-based varnish, PVC and PE, with reserve are. PVC and PE films and offset paper labeling.

Application Instructions
  • Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oil.
  • For manual gluing, be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and supposed lumps for the gluing area.
  • The application must be verified for each specific case according to the following factors: Characteristics of the substrates, equipment, speed, amount of adhesive and the ambient temperature must be above 15° C.

Storage Conditions

In the original packaging, well closed and protected from the sun, dust, humidity and high temperatures. Clean and dry place, temperature between 5°C and 35°C is advisable.
