- HMC-7RC is typically used for sealing fixed window modules, door water-deflectors, windshield reveal moldings, and as a hot applied gasket.
- It can also be used as a temporary adhesive and assembly aid to bond lightweight materials prior to final assembly.

Storage & Handling

- Storage and Handling Conditions
- Store material in original unopened packaging at temperatures beteen 4°C to 43°C (40°F to 110°F). Shelf life is 24 months minimum when stored as recommended.
- HMC-7RC can be processed with standard hot-melt pumping equipment at a temperature of 121°C to 150°C (250°F to 300°F).
- Clean Up :
- Let material cool to room temperature and remove by pulling rapidly from the substrate.
- Residual traces can be removed with an aliphatic solvent (mineral spirits) or a 50/50 alcohol/water solution.
