H.B. Fuller EV Bond 383 is a thixotropic, toughened, two-component, ambient-curing epoxy adhesive. High impact resistance, moderate cure speeds, and good peel resistance characteristics make this system suitable for assembly or sealing of reinforced composite structures, metal bonding, or other applications where a toughened epoxy adhesive is required. This system contains dyes that fluoresce brightly with exposure to UV inspection lamps (black light).

Swift®therm 3055 is a hot melt adhesive with good adhesion to filter media, reduced shrinkage, and good flexibility. It has been developed for the manufacture of air filters as a pleat separator. Filter media is a suitable substrate for this product.

H.B. Fuller FH8708T is a heat-curable, single-component epoxy material that can be repaired. It is designed to reinforce components with low CTE and high Tg, such as CSP/BGA. This corner bond material is specially created to enhance the reliability of CSP and BGA assemblies, with a fast cure at moderate temperatures that helps to minimize stress on components.

Cyberbond CB 2610 is a surface-insensitive cyanoacrylate. This product performs very well on most materials, including acidic surfaces such as wood, leather, cardboard, paper, etc. Due to its viscosity, CB 2610 should be considered the general-purpose grade of this range. CB 2610 is also known as CB 2611, in different countries; both products are identical. With its medium viscosity and surface-insensitive nature, it demonstrates extremely fast bonding capabilities.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 601 is a one-component UV curable technology that is thermally conductive, flame retardant, and electrically insulative. This material provides an optimum coating with a minimum coating thickness of 150 microns and encapsulation protection for electronic assemblies and components. This material was designed to be thermally conductive and is recommended for use with heatsinks, heat spreaders, cold plates, cooling tubes, and other thermal dissipation applications.
