Clarity

Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 is a one-part sprayable contact adhesive that is designed to bond various porous surfaces, especially open-cell polyurethane foams. The system is low-cost, highly stable, user-friendly, and allows for quick mating of surfaces after adhesive application. Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 provides good bonds in lay-flat scenarios and can be used with higher-strength urethane foams. Sprayed materials can be wet-mated (for lay-flat) or dry-mated (for stress scenarios). The final bonds are soft and supple. Other applications where the use of solvent-based, flammable, and non-flammable systems is a concern for either health or environmental reasons may also be suitable candidates for the use of this product.

Full-Care&reg; 3100 hot melt assembly adhesive is for surgical drape manufacturers who want to attach typical components such as nonwoven anesthesia screens, polyarm covers, and nonwoven main panels by using a high-performance adhesive solution.

Full-Care&reg; 3100 hot melt assembly adhesive provides superior bonding with a 24-hour open time to allow for adhesive flowability prior to crystallizing while supporting preferential bonding for rubber or stretch substrates where destructive peel is required.

This allows the manufacturer of surgical drapes to ensure the best experience for the end user and avoid medical personal protective equipment failure in the field during a medical procedure.

Full-Care® 3100

Tonsan® MT3710 is a two-component anaerobic adhesive designed for room temperature curing. Its specialty lies in bonding motor silicon steel sheets. With medium viscosity, it rapidly cures at room temperature when used in conjunction with the MT3300 primer, resulting in high-strength bonds after curing. This adhesive is tailored to meet the specific performance demands of motor operation.

Körapur® 128 is a self-leveling sealant known for its good humidity and weather resistance. It can be applied to roofs and is suitable for sealing purposes. H.B. Fuller MP5430NS is a two-part modified epoxy adhesive designed for medium-speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid polymer and is delivered in a non-sagging viscosity. It provides good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 40 - 50 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

It has remarkable adhesive properties and works effectively even on substrates with low surface tension.
