Substrate and Surface
- Surfaces(PU plate, glass fiber, non-woven fabric, etc.) must be clean, dry and free from all traces of grease, oil and dust；

Application
- Special roller coating equipment should be used for roller coating, and a certain proportion of water should be sprayed for reaction.
- The proportion of water depends on the bonding process.
The recommended parameters are as follows
- Roller temperature (°C): 40-60
- glue consumption(g/m 2): 30-80
- Water spraying amount (g/m²): 60% - 120% of adhesive
- Mold temperature (°C): 120-160
- Molding time (s): 30-60
Note: Process parameters, such as molding temperature and time, vary with the characteristics of substrates, such as the type, surface density, thickness etc.. Please select the most suitable parameters according to your conditions.It is recommended that the ambient temperature of the roller is controlled below 35 °C and the relative humidity below 55%. The increase of ambient temperature and humidity will affect the open time of the adhesive on the roller.

Storage temperatur 10-30℃. It has to be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding moisture absorption. And for long-term storage plastic drum is not recommended.
