Preparation:
- Use in a well Ventilated Area.
- Shake aerosol before use.
- Before attaching the assembly, ensure the main valve/tap of thecanister is turned off.
Application:
- Attach the assembly to the tap on the canister ensuring the nut on the assembly is tightly applied and the rest of the assembly is pointing upright whilst tightening.
- Attach the canister hose to the front adaptor on the assembly tightly again ensuring the rest of the assembly is pointing upright whilst tightening.
- Apply a Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner aerosol to the assembly by screwing the adaptor ring on the aerosol into the red adaptor on the assembly. N.B. Check the red tap on the assembly is in the horizontal (off) position before applying the Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner aerosol.
- Turn the red tap on the assembly to the on (Vertical) position to release the Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner into the hose.
- Aim the gun into a waste container and apply pressure to the trigger on the gun to push the Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner through the hose and gun until the solvent starts to push the product through. Keep pressure on the trigger until you are satisfied the hose and gun are thoroughly clean. After use turn the red tap on the assembly to the horizontal (off) position and remove the Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner aerosol. The assembly can be left attached between uses providing the red tap is in the horizontal (off) position.
- After use turn the red tap on the assembly to the horizontal (off) position and remove the Tuskbond GC22 Gun Cleaner aerosol.

- Once the aerosol is empty of any hazardous materials and depressurised, it can be considered as scrap metal, in accordance with the national or local waste company, under code EWC 15 01 04* (empty aerosol, non-hazardous residues).
- Canisters and aerosols that are still pressurised and contain product should be disposed of in accordance with the national or local waste company under code EWC 16 05 04* (full or partially empty aerosol).
- Storage & Shelf Life
- Protect from extremes of temperature in a controlled environment between 15 and 35°C, and away from direct sunlight. Do not stand on a cold concrete floor. Low temperatures can result in irreparable separation of the adhesive.
- Stored under the correct conditions, in original, unopened containers, the product will have a shelf life of 12 months. The adhesive will have a limited life once the container is opened.
