Typical Applications
- Fixing pretreated polyethylene (PE) with paper, also suitable for UV coatings.
- It is used in the bonding of boxes, washed or not.
- Ideal pretreatment of about 40 mN/m, application by transfer roller on high speed machine speed.
Application Instructions
- Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oiliness.
- For a manual collage be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and alleged lumps in the glue area.
- The application must be checked for each specific case according to the following factors:
- The characteristics of substrates
- Equipment
- Speed
- Amount of adhesive
- The ambient temperature must be above 15°C.
