Typical Applications

  • Fixing pretreated polyethylene (PE) with paper, also suitable for UV coatings.
  • It is used in the bonding of boxes, washed or not.
  • Ideal pretreatment of about 40 mN/m, application by transfer roller on high speed machine speed.

Application Instructions

  • Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oiliness.
  • For a manual collage be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and alleged lumps in the glue area.
  • The application must be checked for each specific case according to the following factors:
    • The characteristics of substrates
    • Equipment
    • Speed
    • Amount of adhesive
    • The ambient temperature must be above 15°C.
