Application Instructions

Final product characteristics: Products coated with this adhesive have excellent characteristics superior to those coated with traditional solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesives.

Instructions for use: Should be coated with proper coating equipment like transfer roll or reverse roll to release paper or release film. After being dried it should be coupled with substrate. The product could also be applied to the substrate.

It is very important that the adhesive is perfectly dry before lamination. In fact, traces of residual solvent could inhibit cross-linking of the polymer, which leads to a decrease of technical characteristics comparing to the specifications. It can be diluted with different solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, and esters. Mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons can also be used for dilution. Solvents must be anhydrous. Where needed it can be cross-linked using liquid Isocyanate.

Storage Information

The product in original sealed packaging protected from sun, dust, moisture, and high temperatures. The product to be stored in Clean and dry conditions above +1°C and below +35°C. Lower than suggested storage temperatures (particularly during winter) lead to a strong thickening of the solution and consequently to a bad adhesive application. Not sensitive to cold and useable again after rewarming.
