Product Application

It is used in 2-components system for production of peelable labels and protective films for outdoor and indoor applications.

Application Instructions: This product must be cross-linked using a liquid Isocyanate. Mixed product should be coated with proper coating equipment, such as transfer and roller coater, to release paper or release film. After being dried it should be coupled with substrate. It could also be applied directly on substrate if required. It is very important that the adhesive is perfectly dry before lamination. Traces of residual solvent could inhibit cross-linking process, which leads to a reduction of final technical characteristics. This product can be diluted with different solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, and esters. A mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons can also be used for dilution. Solvents must be anhydrous.
