Application Instructions

This product is applied directly onto the substrates to be coated using standard coating systems like Mayer Bar, Rotogravure, Kiss coating. If necessary, the adhesives can be applied using transfer technology from release paper or polyethylene after solvent evaporation. Drying is a very important operation before laminating or rewinding process – traces of solvent in the adhesive layer will give products with characteristics different from the standard. To increase cohesion by reducing Peel value, it must be cross-linked before the application with proper isocyanate base product. In this case use the mixture within 45 minutes since the preparation. Please get in contact with technical service team for suggestion about type, quantity, and usage mode of crosslinker.
