Product Application

This adhesive is used to produce tapes and labels film wherever medium-low adhesion level is required.

Application Instructions: Should be coated with proper coating equipment like transfer roll or reverse roll to release paper or release film. After being dried it should be coupled with substrate. The product could also be applied to the substrate. It is very important that the adhesive is perfectly dry before lamination. In fact, traces of residual solvent could inhibit cross-linking of the polymer, which leads to a decrease of technical characteristics comparing to the specifications. It can be diluted with different solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, and esters. Mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons also can be used for dilution. Solvents must be anhydrous. Where needed it can be cross-linked using liquid Isocyanates.

Product Application

2-components system. Used for production of protective films and other removable, medium-high tack, pressure sensitive adhesives. Suitable for production of Metal plates protective film.

Application Instructions: This product is applied directly onto the substrates to be coated using standard coating systems like Mayer Bar, Rotogravure, Kiss coating. If necessary, the adhesives can be applied using transfer technology from release paper or polyethylene after solvent evaporation. Drying is a very important operation before laminating or rewinding process – traces of solvent in the adhesive layer will give products with characteristics different from the standard. To increase cohesion by reducing Peel value, it must be cross-linked before the application with proper isocyanate base product. In this case use the mixture within 45 minutes since the preparation. Please get in contact with technical service team for suggestion about type, quantity, and usage mode of crosslinker.
