Product Application

2-components system used for production of protective films and other removable, medium-low Peel, for indoor and outdoor applications.

Application Instructions: Before use, this product must be mixed with Swift®hardener 9610 or other recommended isocyanic crosslinkers to achieve right cohesion and adhesion levels on the coated material. The mixture must be fully consumed within 1 hour from its preparation. Please contact Technical service team for more information about right mixing ratio. The product is then applied directly on the substrates to be bonded with systems such as Mayer bar or rotogravure. If necessary, it can be applied by transfer from siliconized or polythene paper after evaporation of the solvent. It is very important that the substrate is perfectly dry before being rewound or coupled; in fact, traces of residual solvent can give rise to self-adhesives with technical characteristics different from the expected standard. We recommend washing the equipment used for the application of this self-adhesive with acetone, to facilitate coagulation and easy removal of the dried polymer.
