Directions for Use
  1. Pre-treatment: surfaces must be clean and free from dust, and grease substances.
  2. Keep protected from excessive moisture when bonding at room temperature.
  3. It is recommended to bond after heating when in the excessive moisture or cold condition. Keep protected from excessive moisture, acetone and other solvents.
  4. The remaining adhesive should be resealed in time, and used up within 48 hours, if the product cannot be used up at one time after opening.
  5. The optimum application condition for Swift ® col 1915: environment temperature is between 18°C and 35°C. the humidity is between 50% and 70%.
Curing Profile
It is recommended to cure at a suitable temperature and humidity (for example, temperature 15-35°C and humidity 50-90% r.h.). If the thickness of the coating film is below 0.5mm, the curing will be completed within 5 days under the recommended conditions. The curing is not only dependent on the applied film thickness, but also on the moisture content of the air, temperature, moisture content and permeability of the substrates. Please contact the technician for other curing conditions.
Work Instructions
  1. Application: spraying, the diameter of spray nozzle is 1.5- 2.0mm, and the air pressure is 3.0-5.0kgf/cm2.
  2. Coating weight: 100-160g/m (wet).
  3. Drying: drying in a oven at 80 ‡ 10 °C for 3-6min or drying at normal temperature and humidity for 10-15 min. Drying standard: No wet feeling when touched by hand.
  4. Activation: the activation temperature should be above 58°C bond as soon as possible after activation.
  5. Molding: the pressure should be above 0.10MPa, and the molding time should be more than 20 seconds.
  6. Curing: Curing time is about 72-120 hours at temperature 15- 35°C and humidity 50-90%.
