One side of the tape is coated with a hot melt adhesive. It is used as a reinforcement and/or opening feature in corrugated containers. The Sesame® Tape dispensing system is used to place Sesame® Kraft Backed Tape across the web at the double-backer station of the corrugator. It is bonded to the top of the inside liner. It can be run continuously by utilizing the automatic Sesame Connect™ splice in conjunction with an H.B. Fuller dispensing system.
