Pace® 383 is a vinyl acetate adhesive that is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) stabilized. It is a high-viscosity homopolymer with low vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) and volatile organic compound (VOC) content. It improves adhesion to concrete and is commonly used as a concrete bonding agent. It is also suitable for general-purpose adhesive base polymer applications, hobby glue, and arts and crafts projects.
