- MASTERFIX 888 is an ideal adhesive for wood working, metal, leather, rubber, cork, laminates, felt, fiber, formica, MDF, cement board, gypsum board, fiberboard, particleboard, etc. MASTERFIX 888 is also used for fixing Aluminum and PVC Profile to Phenolic PIR & PU foam panels for the pre-insulated air duct system.
- MASTERFIX 888 is also ideal for installation of metal pedestals to concrete floors.
- Note: Full coverage of the pedestal is recommended with adhesive exuding from the pedestal base perimeter.
- MASTERFIX 888 can be used for furniture, windows, doors, sandwich panels applications.
- Application Procedure
The surface should be structurally sound, clean, dry, leveled and free from dust, curing compounds, rust, grease and other loose debris. Keep container closed when not in use.
Extrude MASTERFIX 888 through the squeeze bottle nozzle to one or both surfaces and join the parts within 15 minutes (minimum after 2 minutes). Assemble the surfaces by applying pressure. Clamping the parts to be bonded for 30-60 minutes will lead to better bonding results. Do not apply MASTERFIX 888 at a temperatures below +5°C.

The shelf life is limited once the bottle is opened since the adhesive cures by moisture. The bottle must be kept tightly closed after use.

- 9 months from date of manufacturing in original unopened container if stored in a dry and cool condition.
- Store product (10°C - 30 °C) for maximum storage life.
- Higher temperatures reduce normal storage life.
- Lower temperatures may cause increased viscosity of a temporary nature.
- Rotate stock on a “first in-first out” basis.
- Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
