- Application Procedure

- The surface should be structurally sound, clean, dry, leveled and free from dust, curing compounds, grease and other loose debris. Keep container closed when not in use.
- Apply MAGIK 40X25 at 0.50 l/m2 (subject to surface conditions) to obtain a wet film thickness of 0.50 mm per coat.
- It is very important to ensure that all the required surfaces are covered with the coating.
- Use clean paint brushes which are suitable for water-based paints.
- Apply with full brush and spread out evenly.
- Product Applications

- MAGIK 40X25 is recommended for application to painted & unpainted wood, metal, masonry and concrete blocks etc. The protective coating can be applied over the exterior surfaces of ductwork.
- MAGIK 40X25 can also be used on walls, ceilings, pipes, wall cavities, crawl spaces, basement or wherever effective control from mold & microbial is needed.
- Note: We do not recommend the coating to be applied over the interior surfaces of ductwork.

- 12 months from date of manufacturing in original unopened containers.
- Store product (10°C - 35°C) for maximum storage life. Higher temperatures reduce normal storage life.
- Lower temperatures may cause increased viscosity of a temporary nature.
- Rotate stock on a “first in-first out” basis.
- Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
