Usage Information
  • Processing

Surfaces should be dry, clean, and free from dust or grease. A cleaning agent such as Körasolv GL and/or the glass and spacer manufacturer’s recommended procedures are appropriate for surface preparation. It is important to ensure that sealant is applied to the correct dimensions required for your application. Ensure recommended application temperature is maintained at the application nozzle to prevent cold joints and poor adhesion.

  • Clean Up

Körasolv GL or common solvents such as methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) or acetone will clean uncured material.

Cure Profile

This material cures in the presence of any moisture. A significant amount of strength is gained in the first 24 hours. >80% of the final strength is achieved in 7 days.
