Applications & Uses

Usage Information
  • Processing

Surfaces should be dry, clean, and free from dust or grease. A cleaning agent such as Körasolv GL is appropriate for surface preparation. Product will bond to spacer coil using bulk hot melt application equipment set to the recommended application temperatures in the technical data table. Desiccant matrix is moisture-sensitive, and therefore must be protected from atmospheric moisture prior to sealing of the insulating glass unit. After application, matrix should not be exposed to the atmosphere for longer than one hour.

  • Clean Up

Körasolv GL or common solvents such as mineral spirits or acetone.
