- Typical Applications
- Designed for transfer coating onto paper substrates.
- This product can be coated onto release liner using conventional coating methods such as Reverse roll and Extrusion systems.
- It should be applied at amounts of 10-13 lbs. (dry)/3000 sq. f t. (16-21 grams (dry)/sq. meter), for the purposes of initial evaluation.
- Application Instructions
- This adhesive may separate over time; this is typical for this type of adhesive.
- Mix before use; adhesive will readily redisperse with mild agitation.
- Check pH in open coating pans and adjust to 9.9 with ammonium hydroxide solution, if necessary. If the pH of the adhesive falls below 8.5, coagulation may occur.
- Air operated diaphragm pumps are recommended to pump the adhesive.
- Avoid the use of high speed centrifugal pumps.
- Cleaning Instructions
The adhesive will clean up with water and mild soap when wet; dried material may require clean up with a solvent such as acetone or ethyl acetate.

For best performance, the product should be stored and used at 65 - 85°F. Do not freeze. Keep containers closed to maintain proper pH.
