- Application Instructions
Application temperature *: recommended from 120°C to 150°C Typical application temperature: between 125°C – 130°C The application is done by use of tank melters. In order to keep the thermal load of the adhesive as low as possible, the adjusted temperatures should be kept as low as possible. Long downtimes without adhesive consumption at high temperatures should be avoided. In the case of longer system downtimes, e.g., over the weekend, it is advisable to lower the temperature of the tank melter. The fill level of the tank melter should be kept at approx. 75% filling level. If the pre-melter is emptied down to the grid before the glue is refilled, the sudden, large amount of new material to be melted causes an uneven and delayed softening.
