Typical Applications
- The laminated structures with this adhesive system show high product and thermal resistance.
- Recommended for the lamination of packaging for cookies, pet food, snacks, coffee, pasta, dry foods, labels, pharmaceuticals, and other products.
Usage recommendations
- The increase in lamination speed must be followed by an increase in the nip roller temperature.
- It is recommended that the temperature of the nip roller remains between 10°C and 15°C higher than the temperature of the metering roller.
Cleaning instructions
- Any residue should be removed mechanically or using an absorbent material. Residues can be cleaned with polyurethane grade solvent (ethyl acetate or MEK).

Technical Details & Test Data
- Curing Time and Coating Weight
Curing time
- The curing process starts immediately after lamination.
- Intermediate and cutting operations are generally possible within 24 to 48 hours after lamination, but changes to the recommended times are acceptable and can be carried out based on process experience established by customers.
- A period of 5 to 7 days is recommended after the lamination process for food packaging.
- The maximum performance of chemical and thermal resistance is also reached after this period.
Coating weight of application
- A coating weight of application between 1.8 and 3.5 g/m² is recommended, depending on the characteristics of the material to be filled and the application requirement regarding product and thermal resistance.
Storage & Handling
