Two-component high performance adhesive can be used to produce flexible packaging material intended for use in food packaging. Laminated structures with this adhesive system show high bond strength and excellent thermal resistance after complete curing. This adhesive system is specially designed to cure at room temperature.

Typical Applications

Laminated structures with this adhesive are resistant to boiling, pasteurization (hot fill), aggressive products and yellowing. Recommended for laminating films with a low slip additive content, up to 500 ppm erucamide (calculated for 70μ thickness film).

Suitable Substrates

This adhesive system is suitable for laminating printed and unprinted, transparent or metallized structures. It can be used for the lamination of aluminum foil, paper, PET, cellophane film, BOPA, PE, PP cast, BOPP, as well as SiOx or AlOx coated substrates.

Storage Conditions

The products must be stored safely in a suitable place, protected from the weather and in their original closed packaging. Contact with moisture must be avoided by keeping the packages properly sealed and within the expiration date (the expiration date must be consulted on the COA). Opened packages must be completely consumed.
